What is Exview HAD Sony CCD Sensor?

This is a CCD Camera sensor which improves light efficiency by including near infrared light region as a basic structure of HAD (Hole-Accumulation Diode) sensor. Recently Sony developed new structure "EXview HAD CCD", which can detect with great sensitivity near infrared light region. Light in the near infrared light region which has long wavelengths is converted into photo electricity deep in the semiconductor's silicon, so in conventional CCD structure, sensors were incapable of efficiently gathering the charge which has undergone photoelectric conversion.
HI-RES CCD VIDEO CAMERA (NTSC/PAL)This sensor is used in a professional camera for endoscopes. This camera features many manual controls that cam adjust the quality of image and greatly improbe under various conditions. Available coupler will help you to connect this camera to all types of endoscopes. PAL or NTSC versions are available. Following characteristics of the CCD Camera sensor are -

HI-RES CCD VIDEO CAMERA (NTSC/PAL)» Minimum Illumination: 0.4 Lux,
» White Balance:  MODE: ATW / AWC (Zero color rolling)
» Video Output: 1.0V p-p composite video at 75 ohm
» Operation Temperature: -20℃ TO 50℃
